1) Where we ship

We ship worldwide to most countries. If we can’t ship to your location for any reason (carrier restrictions, customs limitations, or service availability), we’ll contact you and either arrange an alternative or issue a refund.


2) Processing times (dispatch)

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 1–3 business days (standard processing)

During peak periods (sales, product launches, public holidays), processing may take longer. If there’s a delay, we’ll email you.

Note: “Processing” means packing and dispatching — it’s separate from shipping/transit time.


3) Estimated delivery times (transit)

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Typical estimates:

  • Australia: 2–7 business days after dispatch

  • New Zealand: 4–10 business days after dispatch

  • USA/Canada: 6–15 business days after dispatch

  • UK/Europe: 6–15 business days after dispatch

  • Rest of world: 7–21 business days after dispatch

These are estimates only — carriers, customs, weather, and peak seasons can cause delays outside our control.


4) Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

If you qualify for any free shipping offers, they will be shown automatically at checkout when applicable.


5) Tracking

Where available, we provide tracking for shipped orders.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.


6) Customs, duties, and taxes (international orders)

For orders shipped outside Australia:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country.

  • These charges are typically not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Customs processing can also add additional delivery time.


7) Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a parcel is delayed, returned, or lost due to an address error provided at checkout:

  • You may need to pay the cost to reship the order, and/or

  • A refund (if applicable) may exclude original shipping costs.


8) Failed delivery / parcels marked “Delivered”

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can’t find it:

  1. Check around your delivery area (safe place, mailbox, reception, neighbours).

  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  3. Email us at info@lyfring.com and we’ll assist where we can.

Note: Once a carrier marks a parcel as delivered to the address provided, we may not be able to guarantee a replacement, but we’ll help you investigate.


9) Lost, delayed, or missing parcels

If your order seems stuck or hasn’t arrived:

  • Email info@lyfring.com with your order number and tracking link.

  • We’ll start an investigation with the carrier where appropriate.

Carrier investigations can take time. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund (depending on stock availability and the outcome of the investigation).


10) Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos/video of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The damaged item(s)

    • Any internal packaging

We’ll assess and, if approved, arrange a replacement or other remedy in line with our Refund Policy and consumer rights.


11) Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change your order (address, item, or cancellation), email us ASAP at info@lyfring.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
