Welcome to LYF Ring. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility and checkout info

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian permission) to purchase. You agree that all checkout details (including shipping address and contact info) are accurate and complete.

2) Products, descriptions, and availability

We aim to describe products accurately. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen/device settings and production batches.

  • Product features and specifications may change without notice as we improve the product.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3) Pricing and currency

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change at any time.

  • If we discover a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the corrected price.

4) Payment

Payment must be received in full before dispatch. We use third-party payment providers to process transactions. Your payment may be subject to the provider’s terms and checks.

5) Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes/promotions:

  • Apply only within their stated dates and conditions

  • Can’t be combined unless we explicitly allow it

  • May exclude certain products or bundles

We don’t apply promotions retroactively after they expire.

6) Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion, including where:

  • Stock is unavailable

  • There’s a suspected fraudulent transaction

  • There’s a pricing/description error

  • Shipping details are incomplete or incorrect

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you.

7) Worldwide shipping, delivery times, and customs

We ship worldwide. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, customs processing, or events outside our control.

International duties/taxes:
For international orders, you may be charged import duties, taxes, and customs fees by your country. These are typically not included in our prices and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect address:
You are responsible for entering the correct address. If a parcel is returned due to an address error provided by you, you may need to pay reshipping costs.

8) Returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Please refer to it for:

  • Change-of-mind returns

  • Faulty/damaged items

  • How to start a return and processing times

9) 6-month warranty (in addition to consumer rights)

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery for manufacturing faults under normal use.

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs/modifications

  • Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage after use (scratches, scuffs, dents)

  • Damage from improper charging equipment, power surges, or liquid exposure beyond the product’s stated limits

  • Failure to follow care/use instructions

If a warranty claim is approved, we may offer (depending on the issue): repair, replacement, or refund.

10) Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

11) Health and wellness disclaimer

LYF Ring (and any related app features) is for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Biometric readings (e.g., heart rate, sleep, HRV, blood oxygen, stress) are estimates and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on LYF Ring for medical decisions or emergencies. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

12) App, compatibility, and updates

If your product relies on a mobile app or phone compatibility:

  • Some features may depend on your device model/OS version

  • We may update, change, or discontinue app features over time

  • Third-party integrations (e.g., phone health platforms) may change and are subject to their own terms

13) Intellectual property

All website content, branding, product names, logos, images, videos, and designs are owned by or licensed to LYF Ring and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

14) User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website unlawfully

  • Interfere with website security or access systems/data without permission

  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt site operations

15) Reviews and user-submitted content

If you submit reviews/photos/comments, you confirm they’re yours and do not infringe others’ rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display that content for marketing and website purposes.

16) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g., lost profits, lost data)

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question

This clause does not limit rights you have under consumer law.

17) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against losses or claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products or website.

18) Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store personal information.

19) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms published on our website at the time of your purchase generally apply to that purchase. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of any updated Terms.

20) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
